NAME Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie used the name of one of the temples in Cambodia. Temple built the 12th century are known to be the location of filming the first Tomb Raider.
Ta Prohm temple which is dubbed as the temple because Jolie Angelina Jolie had been there for starring in the first Tomb Raider movie. Hindu temple complex is located at Ankor site which is version of UNESCO's world cultural heritage.
Not only used as a temple, one of the restaurants in the temple area also sells cocktail-named Tomb Raider.
The success of the film to raise the level of tourist traffic and the prestige of the temple of Ta Prohm in Siem Reap province.
People of Hindu statesman Rajan Zed also wish Jolie would help preserve the temple which is susceptible to acts of vandalism.
Jolie is considered a saint or patron saint of Cambodia, especially his adopted son named Maddox was adopted from the temple area.
